Who We Are
Momentum Learning Center is a locally owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy clinic serving families in Tulsa and Owasso. Founded in 2021 by Jessica Reiss, M.S., BCBA, LBA, our center was built on a simple belief: every child deserves the chance to grow with confidence, independence, and joy.
We specialize in play-based, 1:1 therapy that meets children where they are—whether that’s learning new communication skills, building daily routines, or overcoming challenging behaviors. Our programs are designed not only for children, but for the entire family, ensuring progress continues beyond the clinic walls.
