Jessica Reiss M.S., BCBA, LBA
Founder & CEO
Jessica is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) originally from Georgia, who has called Oklahoma home since 2013. She specializes in working with individuals with autism, focusing on managing high-intensity behaviors and other challenges that profoundly affect her clients' quality of life.
Jessica’s passion for behavior analysis began during her time as a substitute paraeducator in Colorado. While working closely with students and families, she discovered that this field was where she was meant to dedicate her energy and purpose. However, after transitioning from the State Department of Education to private clinics, she observed a concerning pattern—many organizations prioritized business operations over client and family-centered care.
This realization fueled her desire to create a more meaningful impact in her community. After years of research, prayer and family encouragement, she Co-founded Momentum Learning Center—a clinician and family owned and operated ABA clinic serving children aged 2 years to 14 years old. The center’s mission is to help children reach their fullest potential while empowering parents with the tools and knowledge to enrich their children’s lives. Momentum Learning Center is committed to the well-being of both clients and staff. Momentum strives to create a space where families, children, and staff feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Outside of her professional role, Jessica cherishes time with family and friends. She loves traveling to support her son in competitive sports and her bonus daughter at cheer events.
